Guiding Principles for 2009

Sunday Morning, I shared six guiding principles from the Model Prayer Jesus gave us in Matthew 6:9-13.

I. Live life Prayerfully.

In this manner, therefore, pray:

II. Know God Personally.

Our Father in heaven, Hallowed be Your name.

III. Honor God Preeminently.

Your kingdom come. Your will be done On earth as it is in heaven.

IV. Trust God Physically.

Give us this day our daily bread.

V. Settle Disputes Promptly.

And forgive us our debts, As we forgive our debtors.

VI. Conduct Yourself Purely.

And do not lead us into temptation, But deliver us from the evil one.
For Yours is the kingdom and the power and the glory forever. Amen.
